“Irori Yaki”
～Enjoy the slowly grilling irori BBQ～
Iroriyakii” which translates as “Irori “square fire pit which is an old style stove used for heating and cooking and “yaki” grilling. It’s one of the highlights of the accommodation. The key to enjoying Iroriyaki is to sit around Irori and grill feesh fish, seafood and vegetables. Fish, Vegetables, seafood which grilled in Irori are surprisingly sweet, rich and juicy. It is an extraordinary experience you can only enjoy in country old house
”Onabe”
～Blessings of the beautful nature～
- Onabe is a hot pot dish in which you can add your preferred ingredients, such as fish, meat, vegetables, and other foods, to the pot and share with everyone.
You can choose one of the main dish as below.
・wild boars
・Chicken
・Tofu
if you don’t have any request, we will prepare you wild boar meats for hotpot.
